Meet The Owners

Amanda and Noslen Araque are passionate and dedicated to Mias Compassionate Care, which was founded in 2019. When they aren't busy with the group homes, they are with their two beautiful children. Amanda, born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Canada immigrated to Tampa in 2017. She has a background in mental health and nursing. Noslen, born and raised in Cuba immigrated to Tampa in 2014. He has a background in caring for individuals with disabilities from his experience in Cuba. In 2017 they married and had their first daughter. Following the birth of their first child, they worked hard to open their first Intensive Behavior group home in 2019. In 2021 they had their second daughter, and continued to grow as people, a family and expand Mias Compassionate Care. The love their residents have for them shows when they enter the homes and are immediately surrounded by each one of them waiting for a hug.
